• Plant genome informatics; mainly, gene finding and annotation

Current Research Activities

• Genome-wide gene finding and annotating for Lotus japonicus genome sequencing project
  
• Production level prediction and functional analysis of putative genes on many sequenced genomes based on codon usage analysis.
